Did you have a car accident?
Follow the directions below to speed up the repair procedure.

-
Notify your insurance company that you have been in a car accident and that your vehicle is damaged.
-
Your insurer will then send you a claim form. Complete this form and return it to them with a repair quote (please note that certain insurance companies require more than one quote).
-
The insurance company will then appoint you an assessor. Your assessor will review the damage to the car to ensure that the quote accurately reflects the damage.
-
We will contact you once the assessor has approved the quote. If you are unhappy with the assessment, you will need to discuss this with your insurer.
-
When the quote has been approved, we will book a repair date and order spares where necessary.
-
Once the repairs are complete, you can collect your vehicle from Coetzee's Auto Coachworks. Excess (where applicable) is clarified either with your insurance company or within your policy documentation.

Please Note
Towing: In order to avoid delays in the repair process, your insurer will select the most appropriate vehicle repair centre for you.
Unseen damages: In the unlikely event of encountering unforeseen damages, we will contact your assessor for the further repairs to be authorised.
